Proximity: The hotel is really close to nagoya mall and grand mall. Service: The check in was fast. Staffs were friendly. However we had so much stuffs to carry from the car, the doormen were busy talking to each other and we had to ask for their help before they assisted us. This can be improved. Room: Room was great! We had a mini balcony and bed was also awesome! Pillows were comfortable and clean. However its located near food court and below was alot of food shops hence it could be quite loud if you are a light sleeper.
